Objectives – Association of Climate Action Network East Africa

a)To promote the protection of the global climate from dangerous human interference; and so to facilitate the radical transformation in the way we use resources, the land
b)To promote wise use of natural resources and development that meets needs of present generation without compromising ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
c)To initiate and facilitate dialogue and conflict resolution over natural resource management conflicts across the African Continent
d)To organize,support,inspire and coordinate its members to take effective action on climate change,as a region
e)To enhance and protect citizens’ rights, freedoms and the sharing of common benefits from sustainable environmental management.
f)To work closely with local, national and international associations, societies or agencies on matters of Climate Change and the environment.
